150 acres between Balgonie and Edenwold. Includes approximately 80 acres of hay fields, a couple of acres of cultivated market garden crops, and about 40 acres of aspen forest with some marshland and a seasonal lake. Some willow and box elder. Lots of dead standing poplar wood around the lake. Wild saskatoons, chokecherries, gooseberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Sweat rocks. Many deer and occasionally moose, but because there are houses on the surrounding quarters hunting is restricted to bow/shotgun/black powder.
